For a new install, extract the onestep.zip to a FAT32 or ExFAT formatted card.

This fixes the aspect ratio bug when accessing the advanced menu in RetroArch. If that's all you need, just download the retroarch.cfg file from the repo.
You can copy it over any 1.1.x I believe.
