Bump version to 2.0.1

Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

v2.0.0

Added Spreadsheet-Compatible Text and FLExText export options, improved look and feel of the app. Migrated to Tauri for Desktop App (which means a much smaller file size, and also works better).

Downloads below include Windows MSI and WIndows EXE installers (both work about equally well, I think), and DMG for Mac.

OneStory Interlinear Viewer 1.3.0

Includes a feature requested by a user: Web Page view includes a check-box that, when checked, displays the original source language lines in a block format that is easily copied into the FLEx baseline tab of a new text.

OneStory Editor Interlinear Viewer 1.2.4

Allows you to export stories to XLingPaper format or to view or save them as HTML web pages. First really usable release. Feedback, feature requests, and suggestions welcome :).
