What's New
Memory.md Sync
- Sync Claude Code memory files across machines at the user level via the sync repo
- Profile-based include/exclude (same pattern as CLAUDE.md)
- Writes to both
~/.claude/memory/ and CCS instance memory directories
- Pull never deletes local-only files or overwrites locally modified synced files
- MEMORY.md index auto-regenerated from all files (synced + local-only)
- New CLI:
claude-sync memory import|list|add|remove
- TUI: Memory.md sidebar section with type-grouped picker
Auto-Commit Control
- Per-category
all/tracked/manual setting in user-preferences.yaml
tracked (default): auto-commits edits to already-synced content; new content requires explicit push
all: auto-commits everything (previous behavior)
manual: never auto-commits; all changes require explicit push
- Applies independently to both CLAUDE.md and Memory.md
CLAUDE.md Sub-Section Splitting
## sections now split further on ### headers into individually selectable fragments
- Child fragments use
parent--child naming (e.g., work-style--git-commits)
- TUI shows indented tree with parent toggle that cascades to children
- Enables finer-grained control over which sub-sections sync to each profile
