Fixes
- config update no longer adds bundled claude-sync plugin to forked list (#43, PR #45): The bundled plugin is infrastructure, not a user fork. It still functions but no longer pollutes config.yaml.
- config update no longer re-excludes upstream plugins for active forks (#44, PR #46): Locally-detected plugins that are not in the excluded list stay selected, preventing the silent re-exclusion cycle.
- config update preserves profile-level items and marketplace entries (#37, PR #40): Profile plugins.add, profile MCP servers, and marketplace entries are now covered by the config-only merge logic.
- pull reconciles enabledPlugins with config (#35/#39, PR #41): Plugins in config.yaml are added to instance-level enabledPlugins on pull, fixing plugins that disappeared from Claude Code after sync.
- Regression tests for profile plugins.add overriding excluded (PR #42)
- Memory.md sync, auto-commit control, and CLAUDE.md sub-sections (PR #38)
- docs/plans/ removed from history and gitignored: Plan and design files are local scaffolding, not committed artifacts.
