Added

  • Background tasks (topic creation, fact extraction, file processing) now appear in the trace dashboard, so silent failures are visible without raising log level.
  • Streaming chat requests now emit the same OpenTelemetry spans as buffered ones, so the main chat agent is traceable by model, tokens, and cost.

Changed

  • Default chat model is now google/gemini-3.5-flash (was gemini-3.1-pro-preview) and default image-generation model is now openai/gpt-5.4-image-2 (was gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview); the previous models stay available as commented alternatives in default.yaml.

Fixed

  • Agent Logs page now shows streamed chat turns instead of two error placeholders.

Security

  • Bumped golang.org/x/net from v0.54.0 to v0.55.0 to close five HTML-parser CVEs (GO-2026-5025/5027/5028/5029/5030) reachable from the bot's markdown→HTML pipeline.
