Fixes

• version: latest no longer fails silently. When GitHub's releases/latest redirect response had no location header, the step exited 1 with no output and never tried the gh fallback. It now falls back to gh api, and prints Failed to resolve latest version if that also fails. (d257427)

• Run the action tests weekly against the latest skillshare release, so CLI changes are caught without a commit to this repo. (9540baa)
• Pin the tracked-install test to the ci-fixture branch of runkids/my-skills, so new skills on its main cannot trip the install audit. (9740557)
