Restructures the API reference tab in docs.json so each resource (Pods, Endpoints, Network volumes, Templates, Container registry auth, Billing) has its own top-level group, and the overview page is in a dedicated Introduction group. This matches the CLI tab pattern and improves navigation clarity.
