First modules-era SemVer release. Prior header-only history is treated as the v1 line (untagged).
Public surface: import cryptic; (and exported partitions).
Minimum toolchain: Clang 21+ with libc++ modules (std.cppm).
Includes docs/release-policy.md. Nested deps/tester pinned to tester 5e2c68f (same as YarDB / sibling libraries).
