In a lot of our cross-compile jobs we make use of crosstools-NG. Sometimes these require downloading a kernel from kernel.org mirrors. We should investigate mirroring the needed kernel artifacts to our own ci-mirrors so our CI is not tied to kernel.org mirror availability.
