It would be a breaking change to add required methods, regardless of Rust version, but we can add default implementations that simply use the original ops. I think that's even what miri does for these.

(Also, we use autocfg for feature detection.)

BTW, in case you only care about the primitive float types, num-primitive v0.3.10 already has these:
