rust9x-1.98-beta-v3

Revamped how the unicows integration works:

• All the manual overriding is gone and rust9x will now inject unicows.lib linker arguments in the correct places.
• This now also includes raw-dylib support! (#15)
• If you don't wish to target 9x/Me, just pass -Zunicows=no as a rustc flag.

docs and sample are updated to reflect the new changes.
