docs: align RustFS environment examples

Summary

• keep RUSTFS_ADDRESS, RUSTFS_CONSOLE_ADDRESS, RUSTFS_CONSOLE_ENABLE, RUSTFS_OBS_LOGGER_LEVEL, and RUSTFS_OBS_LOG_DIRECTORY together in every environment-assignment example
• standardize the documented values on ports 9000/9001, log level error, and /var/log/rustfs/
• align Docker, Podman, Docker Compose, Linux, Console, observability, upgrade, and integration examples
• update Linux directory creation, permissions, systemd output, log-tail commands, and container log mounts to the corrected log path
• synchronize all technical examples across English, Chinese, German, French, and Japanese

• audited 95 fenced environment-assignment blocks: 0 incomplete
• verified no obsolete /var/logs/rustfs, /logs configuration, old logger levels, or 0.0.0.0 RustFS environment assignments remain

The locale audit reports existing untranslated pages and source-locale links outside this focused configuration update; locale page trees remain aligned with no missing or extra pages.
