APIJar strips all method bodies from a Java archive. Resulting files are still usable as a dependency, but cannot run.
On the command line:
java -jar APIJar.jar path/to/original.jar path/to/destination.jar
Graphical user interface:
If you just double-click the program it will prompt you for the input and output file.
