ruflo 3.51.0: the /ruflo console

@claude-flow/cli, claude-flow and ruflo 3.51.0 are on npm (latest, alpha, v3alpha).

/ruflo: one command for the whole cockpit

The new ruflo-console mod (#3614) turns Claude Code into a live view of ruflo:

• Views (keys 1–9, g, q, e, m):
  • overview with health alerts;
  • swarm topology graph with a leader heartbeat;
  • claims lanes with countdown rings and handoff arrows;
  • federation map by trust level;
  • plugin health matrix;
  • learning pipeline;
  • MetaHarness radar;
  • memory;
  • cost gauge;
  • agent timeline;
  • approvals queue;
  • event stream;
  • missions.
• Act from it: the palette (p) and the actions on a selected item. Every change shows the exact command it will run and asks y/n first.
• Agent drill-down (d) with logs and timeline.
• Auto-start: in a ruflo project the pane docks by itself where there is room (144+ columns). Elsewhere the bar above the prompt shows "/ruflo to open".
• Headless: /ruflo <view> or /ruflo dump <view> prints the view as text, for claude -p and scripts.
• Every old command still works: /ruflo-console, /ruflo-mods and /ruflo-swarm-*. /ruflo mods and /ruflo swarm <sub> reach the other two mods.

Mods on by default in ruflo init

• ruflo init now enables ruflo-mods, ruflo-swarm and ruflo-console through .claude/settings.json (#3612, #3618). It installs them from the ruvnet/ruflo marketplace.
• --no-mods opts out. ruflo init upgrade --mods adds them to an existing project.
• ruflo mods doctor catches a stale marketplace copy, the cause of "Unknown command: /ruflo-mods", and prints the exact repair. ruflo mods install --source local loads the plugins live from a ruflo checkout.

ADR-406: command registry and mission control

• A canonical catalog of every ruflo command (243 entries). Browse it with /ruflo commands or ruflo catalog.
• Observation-only mission control: ruflo mission and mission MCP tools, shown in the console's Missions view.

Verified

• Fresh install from npm: in an isolated config, npx ruflo@3.51.0 init installs all three plugins and ruflo mods doctor passes. /ruflo help, /ruflo-console swarm, /ruflo mods and /ruflo dump overview all answer from the published plugins.
• Live interactive checks:
  • 31 headless /ruflo commands;
  • the pane auto-opened, and hotkeys worked;
  • the palette opened;
  • a confirmed claim was written to claims.json;
  • the animation produced 7 distinct frames out of 10.
• Release manifests: linux, macOS and Windows each pass 117/117 with 0 drift and a valid Ed25519 signature. The helper manifest is re-signed at 3.51.0.

Requires Claude Code 2.1.287+ for mods (2.1.277–2.1.286 with CLAUDE_CODE_ENABLE_FUNCTION_HOOKS=1). Without function hooks the classic hooks keep working unchanged.
