v3.59.2 — task cancel/status correctness fixes

Fixes

• task cancel (#4331): previously claimed success for an unknown or already-finished task id (and printed Previous status: undefined), and overwrote a completed task's result with the cancel reason. Now returns previousStatus, refuses to touch a finished task, and the CLI exits 1 for either failure case instead of printing "cancelled".
• task status (#4332): the status box titled every task Task: undefined — the command read result.id, but task_status returns taskId. Now reads the correct field.
