feat(docs): publish page component bundle

What

• publish the documentation build as a schema-2 page bundle
• remove producer-level Cloudflare Analytics and global Rxova chrome
• retain Starlight's page footer while letting the website provide the global footer
• offset Starlight's fixed navigation when composed under the website header

Why

The website should apply the shared shell and analytics once across every public surface.

Verification

• docs typecheck and production build passed
• schema-2 producer validation passed
• full local website assembly passed
• browser suites could not launch locally because the Playwright Chromium binary is not installed; unit tests reached 108/108, 197/197, and related passing suites before that environment error

Merge rxova/rxova-website#18 before enabling this producer workflow.
