Fixes a Swift 6.3 compiler error in shell PATH resolution that prevented macOS consumers, including RxCode, from building. PATH entries are now processed with sequential loops, preserving their ordering and deduplication.
Validation: macOS tests and the iOS build passed in GitHub Actions. Local shell/process tests and the iOS build also passed; the local full test run reported three failures in unchanged chat UI tests.
