While installing 8.3.2 on MacOs - I got a fresh setup (empty Database) !

I have downloaded 8.3.2 and installed it on MacOs and it looks like it is pointing to a new Databases, so all datas losts.
The previous version where storing the sqlite Db here: Library/Containers/com.noopapp.noop/Data/Library/Application Support/OpenWhoop

Steps to reproduce

1. Install 8.3.2 on top 8.2.2

• I attached my exported NOOP .zip (not a screenshot of the Live screen). If my bug is a clearly reproducible UI issue I described exactly how to see it instead.
• I attached or pasted a strap log above — or my bug is a clearly reproducible UI issue that doesn't need one (e.g. a typo, a button that does nothing) and I've described exactly how to see it.
• I checked the Troubleshooting guide — especially "history syncs but no data" (most often the strap isn't banking history to flash; charge it to 100% and reconnect).
• I checked the FAQ and — if I'm on a WHOOP 5.0 / MG — the 5.0/MG status page, and this isn't an already-known limit (e.g. SpO₂, or recovery/sleep on the 5/MG).
• I've left out anything personal (strap serial, account email, raw export).

After investigating, it looks like the 8.3.2 is using a different setup as the Db is now Library/Application Support/OpenWhoop

While before it was under Containers/com.noopapp.noop/Data/ now it is provided directly under Library

Good news: your data was never lost — it was still on disk, the app was just looking in the wrong place. The v8.3.0 build changed the app's identity, and that changed which folder it reads, so it opened a fresh empty database instead of your existing one (which stayed in ~/Library/Containers/com.noopapp.noop/Data/Library/Application Support/OpenWhoop).

Fixed in v8.3.3 (just released). On first launch the app now finds your existing store and copies it into place automatically — it's a copy, never a move, and it only runs when its own store is empty, so nothing is overwritten or deleted. Update from the Releases page, quit and relaunch, and your history should be back.

If you'd rather recover it by hand instead of waiting: quit NOOP and copy whoop.sqlite (plus whoop.sqlite-wal / whoop.sqlite-shm if present) from that container path into ~/Library/Application Support/OpenWhoop/.

Let me know once you've updated and I'll close this out.
