What happens

Now that everything is working better and better with every update - many thanks to all involved 🙏, I was hoping you can find some time for some visual adjustments.

What you expected instead

1. This text appears to be in an invisible box with rounded corners hence the left bottom part of the title is gone (W from Wednesday).

2. Spacing is cramped, it needs more padding.

3. Here spacing is higher than above other cards. It needs less padding.

4. The edit button is aligned different from the customize button. I would name both edit in capitals and align with the subtitle (your cards or here 'today')

5. Texts are shortened. Should show the full value.

6. Put 'add metric' below.

7. The x-axis labels are not placed correct.

8. Strain in a 0-21 value does not require a % sign

9. Charge and effort are used next to recovery and strain. Better to align?

10. On rollover it would be good not only to see the value but also the specific date.

11. Text is cramped to the label. Needs padding.

Before you submit

• I attached my exported NOOP .zip (not a screenshot of the Live screen). If my bug is a clearly reproducible UI issue I described exactly how to see it instead.
• I attached or pasted a strap log above — or my bug is a clearly reproducible UI issue that doesn't need one (e.g. a typo, a button that does nothing) and I've described exactly how to see it.
• I checked the Troubleshooting guide — especially "history syncs but no data" (most often the strap isn't banking history to flash; charge it to 100% and reconnect).
• I checked the FAQ and — if I'm on a WHOOP 5.0 / MG — the 5.0/MG status page, and this isn't an already-known limit (e.g. SpO₂, or recovery/sleep on the 5/MG).
• I've left out anything personal (strap serial, account email, raw export).

Thanks for the thorough write-up and the annotated screenshots — that made these easy to work through. Triaging all 11:

Fixed now (#496):

• 1 — clipped day title. Spot on: the title sat in a rounded-clip container (no ripple, so the clip was doing nothing but eating the "W"). Removed it.
• 8 — Strain "%". Correct — Strain/Effort is a 0–21 (or 0–100) load score, not a percentage. Dropped the % (Recovery/Rest stay %, they're genuine 0–100 readiness).

Good catches, queued as follow-ups:

• 5 — truncated values ("4…", "73…"). The value and the "vs base" chip are fighting for width; needs a proper tile-layout fix so the full number always shows.
• 6 — "Add metric" wrapping one letter per line in Compare. Agreed, it should sit on its own row.
• 7 — x-axis labels misaligned on the trend charts.
• 10 — show the date on hover, not just the value. Agreed.

Spacing / alignment polish (on the list):

• 2 & 3 — inconsistent section padding (Data Sources too tight, Your Cards gap too large). These are really "make section rhythm consistent," which I'll tune together.
• 4 — Edit vs Customise button casing/alignment. Will align them.
• 11 — "vs your baseline" jammed against the pill. Needs a gap.

Design note:

• 9 — Charge/Effort vs Recovery/Strain. This is deliberate dual-naming — NOOP uses its own Charge / Effort / Rest on the hero, but labels the dashboard tiles with the familiar WHOOP-style Recovery / Strain / Rest. I hear that mixing them on one screen is jarring; I'll look at making it consistent rather than leaving both.
