Prep for HACS default-store submission. - Reworked the Installation section: cards via HACS custom repository (works today) with a forward-looking note that Prism is being submitted to the default HACS store (search "Prism" once accepted); a manual cards path; and a shared "Theme (all install methods)" subsection, since HACS installs the plugin (cards) but not the theme file. - Updated the showcase image alt text to reflect the current card set (was an outdated list). hacs.json is already at the recommended config (render_readme drives the HACS-panel README; valid filename + min HA version), so it's unchanged.
