Fixed
Refresh the plugin's five-hour and weekly limits from the shared account usage result, including in idle chats.
Fetch only for enabled usage segments, keep rendering while requests run, and fall back to Claude's per-chat limits
when shared data is unavailable or stale. Discard expired windows and preserve newer session windows.
Keep plugin usage caches separate by authenticated account and organization. Resolve the identity in the background
with periodic login revalidation, and keep results private to a chat if its identity cannot be verified.
