MetaAudioFileDescription+VideoTrack.swift is now a thin adapter
calling SPFKVideo.VideoTrackReader, with the AVFoundation reading
logic and its pure-function tests moved there. loadVideoTrack()'s
public signature is unchanged for existing callers.
