Fixes macOS webhook credential storage in the universal application.

• Re-signs each runtime executable after relocation, repairing invalid Info.plist signing metadata that caused Keychain OSStatus -67030 in v0.7.4.
• Independently verifies both macOS runtime signatures, including after Velopack update permission normalization.
• Reports safe Keychain operation and OSStatus diagnostics without revealing webhook URLs or tokens.
• Adds --verify-webhook-credentials to check temporary credential creation, reading, updating, and deletion from the installed app.
• Preserves Keychain service names, credential identifiers, access controls, and Windows Credential Manager behavior.

Local validation: 464 application tests passed (4 opt-in tests skipped), native Keychain CRUD passed, 51 packaging tests passed, website build/typecheck and 41 website checks passed, and 8 desktop/mobile browser tests passed. Release installers and update assets are built and validated by the tagged GitHub Actions workflow.

On macOS, install this release and save the webhook again if v0.7.4 could not store it. Existing stored credentials remain in Keychain.

Pngr 0.7.4

Pngr 0.7.4 adds native Discord notifications to alert actions.

• Choose Generic JSON or Discord in the existing Webhook settings. Existing configurations retain Generic JSON and its original payload.
• Discord sends red Alert, green Recovery, and blue RouteChange embeds with available target, description, timestamp, session, and alert-rule information. Mentions are disabled.
• Webhook URLs now use macOS Keychain or Windows Credential Manager. Existing plaintext URLs migrate to secure storage, URL fields are masked, and workspace exports omit credentials.
• Discord rate-limit and server-error retries are bounded to three requests within the action timeout. Redirects are blocked and credentials are excluded from diagnostics.
