techdbt v1.0.0 Release Notes

I'm excited to announce the release of techdbt v1.0.0!

This initial release provides a simple yet powerful tool to scan your codebase for TODO, FIXME, and REFACTOR comments.

# npm install -g techdbt
# supported outputs txt, json, jsonl

dbt -o txt ./scanner.js
scanner.js:114 FIXME: replace with function that respects .gitignore file

Features:

• Scan entire directories or individual files for development comments
• Zero external dependencies for easy installation and use
• Multiple output formats for flexibility:
