Nexo-windows-amd64-setup.exe. SmartScreen shows
"unrecognised app": More info, then Run anyway. - Linux (x64, Ubuntu 24.04+ / Debian 13+) —
nexo-linux-amd64.deb,
installed withsudo apt install ./nexo-linux-amd64.deb. Older
releases ship webkit2gtk 4.0 and cannot satisfy the dependency.
v1.2.0
What's new
- A store of ready-made workflows and roles. A Store tab beside Workflows,
holding nine roles and five workflows. You can read anything before you take
it — a role laid out the way the role form lays it out, a workflow showing
its graph, its steps and the roles it brings — and nothing is written until
you press Add. Adding a workflow installs only the roles you are missing and
leaves your edited copies alone. Nothing in it is sold. - A locked workflow can be unlocked and run again. Changing a workflow that
had already run used to mean duplicating it and losing the folder it was
pointed at. Unlock reopens it for editing: it restores the project folder to
the baseline the run started from, archives the run into the past runs, and
the next Run is a fresh run of the edited graph. - Every approval carries a recommendation. The agent names the option it
suggests, the dialog lists it first and marks it apart from what you picked,
and under autopilot it is the answer given on your behalf — so no agent
blocks waiting for someone who is not watching. - The header offers exactly one primary action. Choose project folder, then
New step, then Lock, then Run, with Resume when paused and no primary at all
while a run is underway. No action is ever offered disabled. Run cost now
splits by step and by model. - A role input can ask for a folder, not just a file, and the roles list
puts what you last edited at the top.
Fixes
- Reverting a branching workflow no longer stalls it. A revert cancels the run
before it rewinds, and steps parked on a branch the revert point knew nothing
about stayed cancelled with nothing left to schedule. - Stopping an agent kills its whole process tree, and the coordinator waits for
its run loops to stop before it reports the run stopped. - The heap is capped at 1 GiB unless
GOMEMLIMITsays otherwise. - From a source checkout,
make uninstalltakes Nexo off the machine
entirely — the app, the database, the installed agent harnesses and every
stored credential.

v1.1.0
What's new
- Duplicating a workflow asks about its inputs. One checkbox, on by
default: keep the values typed into each step, or start them empty as
before. Both the rail and the canvas header open the same dialog. - You choose how many agents run at once. Settings › Preferences owns the
limit;config.yamlonly seeds the default. It applies across every
workflow, and drafting a role no longer competes for a slot. - Agents ask when they are not sure. The system prompt every agent
receives now namesrequest_approvalas the way to reach you and asks for
a question with options rather than a quiet guess. - Roles can be conflict aware. On for a new role: the agent is told other
agents are working the same project folder right now, and how to write and
edit without colliding with them.
