Napoleon 0.3.1 完成了正式分发迁移，也继续修复复杂窗口结构下的切换结果。

发布与安装

• 使用 Developer ID 签名并通过 Apple 公证，DMG 已附加公证票据，可直接通过 Gatekeeper 验证。
• 发布包改为 DMG，打开后将 Napoleon 拖入 Applications 即可。
• 本地 Debug 构建继续使用稳定的开发身份，正式 Release 使用独立的签名与公证流程。

窗口切换

• 引入统一的窗口注册表，合并 Accessibility 与系统窗口列表提供的信息，减少重复窗口与错误匹配。
• 原生标签页会作为同一组窗口处理，附属表单和辅助窗口也能更准确地归入所属应用。
• 使用 Accessibility 存活状态清理幽灵窗口，同时恢复此前可能遗漏的当前窗口。

Napoleon 0.3.1 completes the move to a standard macOS distribution flow and continues improving window selection in complex app layouts.

Distribution

• Signed with Developer ID and notarized by Apple. The DMG includes a stapled ticket and passes Gatekeeper validation.
• Releases now use a drag-to-Applications DMG.
• Local Debug builds keep their stable development identity, while official Release builds use a separate signing and notarization pipeline.

Window switching

• Added a canonical window registry that combines Accessibility and system window data, reducing duplicates and incorrect matches.
• Native tabs are grouped consistently, while attached sheets and utility windows are associated with the correct application more reliably.
• Stale windows are removed using Accessibility liveness checks, and the current window is restored when an enumeration source omits it.
