Highlights

This stable release consolidates 2.4.6-beta.1 and 2.4.6-beta.2. Recommended upgrade for all users — most importantly anyone with IsPrivacyMode=true was missing raw_snapshots writes for the entire duration privacy mode was enabled, and Z.AI users were seeing their weekly GLM quota silently dropped behind a fresh 5h window.

Fixed

  • Z.AI provider stops "Temporarily paused" loop on inactive quota windows — when the Z.AI API returns HTTP 200 with {"code":200,"msg":"Operation successful","data":{},"success":true} (no active 5-hour rolling window yet), the provider now surfaces a successful "Quota window inactive (5h rolling)" card instead of opening the circuit breaker after 15 empty-data failures.
  • Privacy mode no longer silently disables raw_snapshots writes — the audit trail of provider response bodies is now stored continuously regardless of the UI privacy setting. Privacy mode is documented in AGENTS.md as UI-only (it redacts AccountName and ConfigKey for display, but never suppresses database recording). Previously, any user with IsPrivacyMode=true had a complete snapshot gap for the entire duration privacy mode was enabled (e.g. a 4-day gap with zero snapshots for any provider).

Added

  • Z.AI provider surfaces the weekly GLM quota — Z.AI's live API (since 2026-07-24) returns a third limit entry for a 1-week rolling TOKENS_LIMIT (unit=6, number=1) that the provider was previously silently dropping. The provider now classifies each TOKENS_LIMIT window by its (unit, number) pair and emits a separate card per window: a 5-hour rolling burst (5h) and a 1-week rolling weekly quota (Weekly). Each window card carries its own WindowKind, PeriodDuration, CardId, GroupId, and NextResetTime. The weekly card surfaces what's previously been hidden — your real weekly GLM quota (e.g. at 100% when the 5h window is fresh, the UI no longer falsely shows full quota available).
  • Z.AI provider uses QuotaWindowDefinition declarations — ZaiProvider.StaticDefinition now declares the two QuotaWindow entries (5h + Weekly) so the rendering layer can drive card display from declaration rather than parsing the live response shape at runtime.

Note: Winget submission failed at release time because the package needs to be added to microsoft/winget-pkgs first (separate PR against that repo). The installers and appcasts are fully published; only the Winget channel is delayed.
