1.2.2 — Gas cloud fix

Fixes

• Gas grenades no longer place a second, empty blast area. In 1.2.1, throwing a gas grenade placed its cloud and a spurious zero-damage blast region with a Confirm button that did nothing. Gas now places only its cloud. (Stun, Dazzle, and Sonic grenades were unaffected.)
