document-svg 2.0.0 is a major capability and distribution release.

Highlights:

  • Broadens bounded, inert SVG previews across many engineering, scientific, archival, geospatial, security, publishing, and business document formats.
  • Expands draw.io fidelity, including embedded-source round trips, stencil-aware shapes, connectors, labels, BPMN/UML/ERD elements, and safer SVG handling.
  • Improves PDF and Office conversion fidelity, performance, limits, diagnostics, and encrypted/damaged document behavior.
  • Ships multi-platform Node.js bindings, Python ABI3 wheels, standalone CLI archives, Rust crate, npm packages, and a scoped GitHub Packages mirror.
  • Adds Codex/Claude Code plugin integrations, GitHub CLI and Actions support, trusted publishing workflows, dependency notices, and release verification.

All assets were built and tested from commit c36c15846667c96cffef5527cf5b8449ec806e3d. Verify downloads with SHA256SUMS and release-manifest.json.
