Minor fixes after initial feedback

After the release there was some feedback on reddit that lead to the following fixes:

• Remove ARM abbreviation for armor
• Clearly mark custom shorthands with colored font

That way it is clear that the custom abbreviations are just for brevity and not part of the official rules.

Hello there fellow Cairn fans 👋,

here you find a little summary of the Cairn rules and procedures in two variants. One named pages to read it digitally and one with the right page order to print a booklet. For that you have to use two-sided printing with the flip on the short edge and two pages per sheet.

You can also use it as a starting point for your own summary by cloning the source files, editing them and generating the pdfs yourself.
