Expanded Cooking V1.3.2

Massive thanks to Cyberillc for pointing out a game breaking bug in the plugin. In this release, the bug that was responsible for granting cooking levels to non food items has been fixed. There is a good chance that I will also be going back and releasing a new update very soon with and updated polishing of the enable features and perhaps future particle effects.

I'm very happy to see that my work is still being used by the community
