A lot of fixing stuff, optimizations and more importantly improving the quality of the image (with no impact on the performance).

Before, black was represented by @

Switched from opencv to decord,

wich in theory supports GPU native decoding, but I couldn't get it to work. At least it's more optimized.

Generated a correct requirements.txt

at least I think

Added threading to frames extraction

because it was painfully slow before.
