Summary

• extend Drive ignore rules with Node.js 24 native glob semantics
• preserve file-only and trailing-slash directory-tree behavior through ancestor matching
• cover glob pruning, incremental cache eviction, and the shared local/remote/state sync boundary
• synchronize the local Drive exclude design spec with the approved WSPC spec
