1.0.5: expand package with ignore rules, history, release command, hooks safety

- ignore_patterns + module_paths + patch_rollover_threshold config so
  README/lock/vendor changes don't pollute the version
- version:release {major|minor|patch} for explicit bumps
- install-hooks now writes into a marker-delimited managed block so it
  preserves existing hook contents and is idempotent; adds --uninstall
- replace shell_exec with symfony/process via a small Git wrapper
- @projectVersion blade directive and project_version() helper
- version_histories table + VersionHistory model, recorded on every bump
- orchestra/testbench-based VersionBumper unit tests
- example GitHub Actions workflow for CI-driven bumping
