Improvements

• When exporting manuscripts to DocX (Word), the document will no longer expand hard line breaks by when default when justified margins are enabled. Issue #2690. PR #2732.
• The "Add titles for notes" label in Manuscript Build settings has been updated and should now be clearer. Issue #2727. PR #2729.
