6645359	Issue with coercion for rings seems to be that base_ring is returning the wrong thing (returns maximal unramified subring). Need to wait for EisensteinExtensionGeneric and RelativeRamifiedExtension code to use base_ring/maximal_unramified_subring correctly before this issue can be resolved.

Fixed a bug in _section_from_K1_to_K0 that was causing a list index out of range when element is 0. Also added more documentation to relative_extension_leaves; every class and method should have some documentation for it now.
