• Comment on exact words in a plan review — in ox plan review, drag across a phrase or double-click a word to comment on just that text. A plain click still marks the whole section, and your AI coworker sees the quoted words with your note.
• Paste a SageOx link and your AI coworker opens the recording — ox conversation commands accept sageox.ai recording and share links. ox conversation transcript --frames also shows what was on screen and what the narrator pointed at.

Improved

• ox doctor fails when your setup does — it now exits non-zero when checks fail or ox isn't set up, including with --json, so scripts stop instead of carrying on.

Fixed

• Opening a teammate's session no longer rewrites it — downloading or viewing a session used to regenerate its title and summary on your machine and publish them over the original.
• A failed summary is retried instead of written off — ox doctor and ox session repair-meta-summary no longer mark sessions as unrecoverable while they wait for a summary. Empty sessions left behind by 0.17 and 0.18 are settled once as brief sessions.
• Ledger sync recovers when it falls far behind — it carries an interrupted update through to the end instead of getting stuck and asking for manual git repair.
• --json and OX_JSON=1 work on every command — and --json=false turns JSON off when your AI coworker would otherwise get it by default.
• --config now selects your preferences file — reads and writes use the file you name, and a missing or malformed file stops the command instead of being silently ignored.

Security

• Credential output stays redacted in recorded sessions — output from commands that print credentials, such as aws configure export-credentials, is now reliably redacted even when a tool's request and its result are captured separately.
• Recordings and team context open only for your team — ox conversation and ox agent team-ctx check that you're signed in and still a member of the repo's team before showing anything.

Privacy

• Usage data now says which failure it was — when a command fails, its event names the failure in ox's own wording or by its error type, with no values filled in: never arguments, paths, or anything you typed. ox config get telemetry lists what's sent.
• Usage data records how a plan review ended — approved, timed out, or closed, with counts of comments and highlights; never their text.
