kiac v0.4.0-rc.1 — IPv6 / dual-stack (release candidate)

Release candidate for IPv6 / dual-stack support (PR #11, fixes #10). Pre-release for testing — not on the Homebrew tap.

New

• `kiac create cluster --ip-family {ipv4|dual|ipv6}` (and `ipFamily:` in the config file).
• `dual` (IPv4-primary + IPv6) on both kubeadm and k3s; `ipv6` single-stack on kubeadm.
• kube-proxy programs IPv6 ClusterIP/NodePort/LoadBalancer rules; kiac-lb assigns both families; the edge proxy fixes large uploads over IPv6; `kiac resume` heals both families.
• Non-ipv4 families auto-select `--kernel full` and need macOS 26+.

Known limits

• kindnet only (Cilium dual-stack not wired). `ipv6` is kubeadm-only. `kiac resume` on an ipv6-only cluster asks you to recreate.
