What's new

• Open at login is on by default. Pawse adds itself as a login item the first time it opens from /Applications, so your pet is always there after a restart. Turn it off any time.
• New menu bar toggle: Open at Login sits right in the Pawse menu (and still in Settings).

Install

1. Download Pawse-1.0.1.dmg below and drag Pawse into Applications.
2. First launch: right-click Pawse → Open → Open (the app isn't notarized yet).

Updating from 1.0.0? Quit Pawse, replace it in Applications, and open it again. Your water history, habits and settings are kept.

Works on macOS 13 Ventura or later, Apple silicon and Intel. Checksums are in SHA256SUMS.txt.

Pawse 1.0.0: first public release. A cute 3D pet walks onto your Mac's screen and reminds you to drink water, keep your habits and take breaks.

First launch: this build is not yet notarised by Apple, so macOS will say it can't verify the developer. Right-click Pawse in Applications → Open → Open. You only need to do this once.

• 📴 Works offline, with no tracking and no account
