Includes the Omarchy 4.0.3 screen-lock protection fix from 1.1.3 and corrects executable mode, import ordering, and explicit subprocess checks in its new QML test. Runtime behavior is unchanged from 1.1.3.

Validated with the real-QML lock scenarios, manifest checks, Ruff, mypy, Bandit, shellcheck, and a successful GitHub Tests workflow.
