Combobox Component should comply with ARIA 1.2

SLDS came out with the combobox role wrapper to comply with ARIA 1.1 originally.
ARIA 1.2 spec has moved the role back to the input which is the same as the ARIA 1.0 spec.

Summary: The SLDS component blueprints are out of date.

(Salesforce Employee here, I will probably address Combobox component but the rest should follow)
