v1.15.0 - Health Scores For You & Quality of Life improvements

• Integrated a personalized health score calculation of a particular product to display it's rating out of 5 for a specific user based on the health data associated with them in the form
• Made modifications to the way health form data is handled in the health score calculation functionality
• Upon deletion of a user account as an admin, it now displays the information of the user to be deleted along with a confirmation yes/no before deletion
• Deletion of a user is now directly linked to their associated user data as well, so that data is deleted along with user data simultaneously
• Modified initialization code such that the rec_file.csv is checked locally in the root directory instead of a fixed user directory
• Modified questionnaire filling function where one question did not include an option for "None"
• Admin interface "Back to Main Menu" has been renamed to "Log Out"
• Modified "Edit user questionnaire answers" to include options and link correctly

All users are required to register again as major changes were made to the internal database structure

It is now mandatory to download all databases into the directory of the main code before running the code. You must upload all database files if any changes or additions have been made
