Signed in once, for the whole app. The pages inside Youda Desktop — chat, tickets, tasks, calendar — used to ask you to log in separately, and again every fortnight. They don't any more: the app now gets their session from the token it already holds, at launch and whenever a page asks for a login. Signing in through your browser signs the pages in too.

0.6.11
It opens as the app now. Youda Desktop used to start as the little floating panel, with the rest of it behind an expand button you had to know about. It now opens wide: Ask is the first tab, so the orb is still the first thing in front of you — with chat, tasks, calendar, tickets, notes and leads beside it.
The panel is still a keystroke away: ⌥ Space, or Ask Youda from the menu bar. Shrink to panel (⌘⇧E) puts the window back into it.

The corner buttons are back. Green, yellow and red on the workspace window, where there were none: green takes it full screen, yellow puts it in the dock, red puts it away (the app stays in the menu bar, as always — the hotkey brings it straight back).

0.6.8
Calendar on the rail. Your meetings, in the app — your own by default, the whole company's if your permissions allow it. Same calendar as the web, one click away instead of a page you navigate to.
You choose what you share. Screen sharing on a call used to hand over whichever screen your cursor was on, with everything else on it. Now you get a picker: every screen, every open window, live thumbnails. Double-click to share, Escape to think better of it.
