Implement behavioral analysis collection. This mainly expects the new JSON payload from the JavaScript injected on the login page. It also sanitizes the JSON outputs before sending it off to the Flask server. The plugin now keeps track of first-time logins versus a SP trying to use an existing session to relogin.

Tested on: Shibboleth IdP 5.1.6
