Windows: run the installer. SmartScreen warns about an unrecognised publisher — More info → Run anyway.
macOS: drag to Applications, then run this once, before the first launch and again for every version you download:
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Valendo.appWithout it macOS says the app is damaged. It is not — that is the message for a downloaded app it cannot verify with Apple, because this one is not notarised.
Fixed
- A project saved while publishing put the script back on the air by itself. Opening that
.valendoelsewhere published it on that network, unasked. Opening a project can no longer start the network page. - With OVERLAY on, the network page had no way to turn sound on — the audio arrived muted with nothing on screen to unmute it.
- Tapping "Turn on sound" could start a clip the operator had paused.
New
- Sound on the network is a switch of its own, next to the network key and beside Publish. It opens or cuts the path; how loud it is stays with each side. Grey while the network is off, purple while audio passes, red when cut.
- Whoever is watching can mute again — the button becomes a speaker toggle in the corner.
- The network panel is about a third of its former height. The video weight measurement stayed; the manual text went to the wiki.
- New icon, and the wordmark follows it:
Vain green.
