This adds the web GUI files to the project bundle, so you can load index.html from your CIRCUITPY drive.

v0.1.0 basic demo

This release has CircuitPython code.py to send camera frames base64 encoded over the serial port. There are also html and javascript files that provide a GUI where you can connect to the Pi Pico's serial port and see a preview window with the decoded video frames.
