CIL plugin for anatomically-guided (kernelised) Richardson-Lucy deconvolution for PET.

Highlights:

  • Tests run against real CIL; a wheel build + install-outside-the-checkout gate runs in CI.
  • Correctness fixes: exact adjoint, input-dtype preservation, update-count scheduling for RL freezing and MAPRL, observational callbacks, pre-JIT input validation, bounded-memory GPU normalisation.
  • Apple MPS support for the torch kernel operator, verified end-to-end on an M5 against the numba reference.
  • Docs rewritten for the plugin workflow; obsolete CLI/SIRF references removed; dead code removed.
  • MIT LICENSE added (Copyright (c) 2026 Sam Porter).
