[Bug]: Circle to search with disabled Gesture panel doesn't work

Bug Description

Unfortunately, the navigation bar does not work when turned off Circle to search.

When the navigation bar was turned off, it was possible to enable Circle to search

Hi! I assume if you just enable the circle to search toggle and increase the height a lot, the gesture still doesn't work right? But does it give you the haptic rumble feedback?

I also increased the height, there is haptic rumble feedback, but nothing happens.
