a lot of the original zh_TW translations are in Simplified Chinese, and yet in LanguageUtils.kt zh_TW and zh_CN isn't identified as different languages i translated all simplified to traditional and translated new english strings to chinese as well as well as fixing some strings that are out of context, fixed taiwanese dialects that is different from mainland and that's prob it
