• Updated Groq LLM Model: Switched from llama-3.3-70b-versatile to llama-3.1-8b-instant. On Groq, llama-3.1-8b-instant is available on all tiers (including free Developer tier) and delivers ultra-fast math-to-LaTeX compilation.
• Automated Fallback Cascade: Added automatic model fallbacks (llama-3.1-8b-instant -> openai/gpt-oss-20b -> llama-3.3-70b-versatile -> offline rules) to prevent model_not_found errors if Groq endpoint availability changes.

1. Download WhisperTeX-macos.dmg.
2. Open it and drag WhisperTeX to your Applications folder.
